Stay to Play Policy

All Pro Performance Events have a “stay to play” hotel policy. This policy requires all attendees/guests in need of accommodations who travel from outside a 70-mile radius to book them through our travel partner, Traveling Teams (TT), to participate in the event. This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at awesome hotels. Due to our volume of rooms, we can guarantee the best available rates that cannot be found for any less directly at the property or online. Rooms will book up quickly, so please book well in advance. We have a strict stay-to-play policy. Any team not booking a minimum of 30 room nights through TT will be required to pay an additional $600 fee.
